LFC is currently auctioning two bank-owned parcels in the central California coast counties of Santa Barbara and San Louis Obispo. Although I was born and raised in Southern California, the central coast is definitely my favorite part of the state. Best known for its vineyards and country lifestyle, the central coast goes against the strain of the hustle and bustle of southern and northern California’s biggest cities. The countryside is much more open, the beaches more peaceful, and the people more laid back. I see it is a privilege for me to introduce each of theseexceptional properties and highlight their development opportunities for commercial and residential use.
The first of these properties is located in Los Alamos, only a few minutes south of Santa Barbara County’s largest city, Santa Maria. Los Alamos is a small town situated along California’s scenic 101 Freeway stretching from Downtown Los Angeles to the Oregon border. The parcel of land we are auctioning is situated in an established residential neighborhood and consists of three individual lots totaling approximately 0.60 acres.
The second bank-owned property is an 8,800 square foot commercial / residential development opportunity in Paso Robles. Paso Robles is San Luis Obispo County’s fastest growing city, boasting dozens of award-winning wineries (for up to date information on events and local news, follow @TravelPaso on Twitter). The bank-owned property we are auctioning comes with flexible zoning, allowing for the development of both professional offices and multi-family units.
The Bid Deadline for both of these properties is coming up on April 1st and all of the necessary photos and documents are available to download at our online auction market place, LFC.com.

We’ve been super busy lately at LFC, and I wanted to catch you up on an online auction we have running for some prime commercial/retail property in the historic town of Brunswick, Georgia. Brunswick was established in 1771 and currently serves as one of the East Coast’s largest and most productive ports. Aside from its commercial industry, Brunswick is known for its high-end neighborhoods scattered across several small islands along the coast. The population is around 100,000 residents, and the city has a thriving tourism industry.
Over at LFC.com, we are auctioning a +/-1.25 acre property located just south of Glynn Place Mall along the Altama Connector Boulevard, a main artery to the city’s retail center. This property represents a great development opportunity. The minimum bid is only $199,000, a 75% decrease from the suggested value of $799,000.
I encourage you to visit the auction website, where we make it incredibly easy for you to perform your due diligence. On top of relevant property documents, the auction website contains several property photos, aerial shots, and parcel mapsto give you good sense of this high-traffic location. More importantly, the website also contains the details on how to place a bid.
The clock is ticking on this auction, which has a bid deadline of April 1st, 2010.

If you read the coming soon post for our online auction in Orland, California, you already know a little bit about this northern California town and its surrounding area. This online auction for +/-53 Acres is now up and running and you can check it out on our commercial real estate auction website LFC.com.
I am going to make this post short and sweet because we upload every possible piece of information on all of our auctions and make it available for download.
Unlike latest post in a series on our residential real estate blog, this auction is for bank-owned property. What does that mean to interested buyers and investors? This auction’s minimum bid is a jaw-dropping low price of $110,000. Better yet, this property sits along Highway 32, serving as the main artery for Chico traffic commuting to and from the 5 Freeway. With a minimum bid this low, you won’t want to miss out!

Here at LFC, we’re working hard to generate fast paced sales through our online auction website for commercial property and land, LFC.com. Our latest auction will launch this Wednesday, and will be our second campaign of 2010, with plenty more coming down the pipeline.
Starting on February 10th and ending on March 25th, LFC will be hosting an online auction for property located in the northern California town of Orland. Here are a few details I can share before the auction launches later this week.
The agricultural town of Orland lies about 20 miles straight down HWY 32 from Chico, the region’s bustling economic, cultural and educational capital. Although Orland has a population of under 10,000 residents, over 200,000 people reside in the greater Chico Metropolitan Area. Chico is home to one of the award-winning California State Universities and is best known for its focus on sustainability and environmental awareness and education.
Like I mentioned above, I can only share a few details for now so check back in for a post on Wednesday that will describe the property in much greater detail. In the mean time, check out our online auction for a +/-18,500SF property and +/-Acres in Weston, WI.

Today we’re launching our latest online auction campaign on LFC.com for commercial properties in Weston, Wisconsin. There are two properties up for auction in this campaign, both with a bid deadline of March 25th.
The first property is a newly constructed +/-18,500 SF retail/office complex that sits on about 7.7 acres of commercially zoned land. The building features four suites: two conference halls, a restaurant, and a large office suite. There are also three out-lots available for the future construction of retail or office buildings. All share a common parking lot.
We’re also auctioning a +/-4 acre parcel of land that lies adjacent to the property above. This is one of the last remaining undeveloped lots available in the Weston area. The land is zoned M-1 commercial and allows for most commercial uses.
Both of these properties have great potential for growth and development in a spectacular Midwest village. Like I mentioned in my coming soon post for this auction, you should check out the short video that the Village of Weston has put together about the town and the surrounding area. It gives a great overview of Weston’s many amenities for those unfamiliar with the area.
Like all of our online auctions, you can view a plethora of photos, download all necessary documentation for your due diligence, and place bids on this auction all from the comfort of your personal computer. To learn more, click here to visit the auction website now.

The LFC Group of Companies is currently preparing to launch its newest online auction for property located in Weston, Wisconsin. I can’t share any specific details until the auction begins on February 3rd, at our online auction website, LFC.com. However, I can share some geographical info pertaining to the Village of Weston.
Weston is situated in Marathon County and falls under the statistical metropolitan area for the city of Wausau. This town may not boast a metropolis-sized population, but it is increasingly becoming a significant stop between Minneapolis, Minnesota and Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Village of Weston has put together a short video that explains the town in much greater detail. Please click here to see the video and check back in with us when the auction starts later this week!
